Stacey Onnen is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 20 years of industry experience. Before joining HomeSmart, she served as Head of Operations and Service at Keller Williams, where she oversaw the company’s national brokerage platform.

Her earlier experience includes serving as President at eXp Realty, where she was instrumental in building the operational infrastructure during a period of unprecedented growth. She has also held senior leadership positions at Realty ONE Group. Earlier in her career, she was an agent, Designated Broker, and owned and operated a brokerage and real estate school.

As President, Stacey brings her vast wealth of knowledge to the HomeSmart executive team and market leaders, enhancing operational efficiency, identifying and developing new revenue opportunities, and continuing to build on the company’s agent-first, technology-driven model.

Her expertise in scaling operations, driving growth, and fostering innovation has proved invaluable as HomeSmart continues to strengthen their platform and support agents and franchise partners nationwide.
