What does my ticket include?
Each ticket includes Welcome Reception entry plus two complimentary drinks, all Main Stage and Breakout Sessions, Expo Hall entry, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, National Awards Gala entry and complimentary shuttle to Drai’s.

What is the Refer a Friend Program?
Already-registered agents will be entered into a drawing to win a free ticket to a future conference for each agent they refer to register for Growth Summit. They will also earn prizes for hitting specific referral milestones.

- Each referred agent and referring agent must either attend Growth Summit 2024 to qualify or not cancel their registration before December 31, 2023.
- The referred agent must add the referring agent’s name into the corresponding field when registering.
- If the agent you referred has already registered, they can add your contact information by logging back into their Swoogo account.

- Scroll down to “How Did You Hear About Growth Summit?”
- Select “Referred by a Friend”
- Enter the Referring Agent’s information
- Click “Continue” until you get to the final Confirmation page
- Prize tiers are not cumulative; only one award per agent.
- Refer 3 Agents: 2 Drink Tickets for National Awards on Tuesday night at Drai’s ($50 value)
- Refer 5 Agents: 1 VIP Wristband for National Awards on Tuesday night at Drai’s ($175 value)
- Refer 10 Agents: 2 Night Hotel Stay at Caesars Palace for Monday (2/19) and Tuesday (2/20) night
- Refer 25 Agents: Hotel Suite Stay at Caesars Palace for Monday (2/19) and Tuesday (2/20) night. Limit one winner only
- Winners will be decided on February 15, 2024; redemption of any awards will be provided at the registration desk.
- Referral count updates will not be provided prior to registration at the event.
- To qualify for the Caesars Palace hotel stay prize tiers, you must have previously booked your stay within HomeSmart’s room block.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policies can be found in the Terms and Conditions on the registration site. Should you choose to cancel prior to December 31st, 2023, there will be a 10% fee. If you cancel after January 1st, 2024, or you do not attend the event, you will not receive a refund of any kind. *Terms and conditions subject to change.
Are there special rates for the hotel?
Yes, we have a contracted rate of $139 per night, plus daily resort fee of $35.95 and tax. You may book your hotel online through our event portal. If you are having an issue booking at our preferred rate email [email protected].
Is the hotel included in the price of the ticket?
No, sleeping rooms are not included in the price of admission. Your ticket includes admission into the event, breakfast, lunch and some receptions. Your National Diamond Awards entry and the concert are also included in your ticket. Guests are not included in your ticket price, but may be added on to your registration at an additional cost.

All-day beverage service will be available. Water stations will be set up around the convention space. Attendees may bring water bottles to refill throughout the day.

Thursday will have brunch for franchisees only.

What do I need to bring to the awards events?

What happens if I need to update my registration?
You can make certain changes to your registration or make payments by creating and managing your Swoogo Account. Please refer to your confirmation email.
