Rebecka Jones is the Franchise Operations Manager, and has been with HomeSmart for over six years. Hailing from Chicago, IL Rebecka is a former elementary school teacher, and has had the opportunity to work across multiple departments at HomeSmart.

Rebecka applies her love for teaching as she trains brokers and agents how to use HomeSmart’s tools and systems. She specializes in teaching on the RealSmart Agent and RealSmart Broker systems, as well as onboarding any new locations.
