Life for Nicole began in Long Prairie, MN where she was born and raised and lived for ten years before relocating to Colorado, which has been her home since moving from Minnesota. Nicole attributes her core values of hard work, honesty, integrity, and determination to her strong mid-west upbringing.

Passion for Real Estate began 22 years ago and Nicole’s career has included distinguished accomplishments, awards, and many designations, some of which include: Elite agent since 2017, Diamond Award Recipient with HomeSmart and SMDRA (local board), Mentor, Branch Manager, and a design background from Colorado Institute of Art along with being an Accredited Staging Professional.
