Jessica is Team Lead of Heart of the Rockies Homes, based in south central Colorado, well-regarded for “doing real estate with a heart in the heart of the Rockies”. When Jessica started her real estate business as a solo agent in 2018, she quickly realized that she could learn and grow more in a team structure.

A few years later, she started her journey towards a team dynamic in order to keep her business running smoothly. Now with a buyers’ agent, a client care coordinator, and a listing and social media assistant, Jessica knows that having a team is a great way to leverage herself and help bring others up in the business.

She and her husband have five children, ranging 5 to 15 years old, and she loves to spend her free time enjoying Colorado’s great outdoors. She credits her team’s dedication and support for allowing her the freedom and flexibility to engage with her hobbies and dedicate time to enjoying important moments with her family while building deeper relationships.

Jessica is passionate about teaching others how to take great care of their clients while not burning themselves out, as well as encouraging new agents to find the right fit on a team in order to learn to do real estate successfully.
