Ujjal Deep Singh, fondly known as Breeze, is the Founding Leader of Team Singh and has been a real estate professional since 2015. He has been named one of HomeSmart’s Chairman’s Club Top 50. He and his team were ranked as the #1 large team in Sacramento and the #33 large teams in California by RealTrends.

Specializing in commercial and residential real estate, Breeze has been a #1 top producing agent and team with HomeSmart for three years in a row. Awarded the 2019 Rising Start of the Year by the Sacramento Association of REALTORS® (SAR), Breeze has been an active member of his real estate community as the SAR 2019 Vice Chair of the Young Professional Network going on to Chair the network in 2020 and 2021 as well as holding a spot on the SAR Board of Directors in 2021 and 2022.

In 2023, Breeze was elected as Treasure of SAR, and will be the 2024 President Elect of the organization. He was appointed a 2022 Director for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), holding the 2023 Vice Chair position of the CAR YPN and the 2024 Chair of the network.
