Originally joining the HomeSmart team in 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer, Todd Sumney has served as the Chief Industry Officer at HomeSmart since 2017. He has played a pivotal part in building and maintaining the HomeSmart brand across its national network and serving as an unofficial subject matter expert for the company.

With over 25 years of experience in marketing and design, Todd has experience working with a wide variety of industries, from major hotel chains to hospital wards, and brings this multifaceted expertise to the HomeSmart team. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Taylor University and is currently a member of the Trulia Advisory Board.

Todd works to drive marketing continuity and the adoption of tools and resources across the franchise system, working closely with the marketing team on branding, advertising, communications, and public relations. He focuses on creating growth opportunities, amplifying agent success and strengthening HomeSmart’s presence throughout the real estate industry.
